Who we are...

Woodhall Support Services Ltd is a family run limited company passionate about providing quality companionship and home help services in the community. Our aim is simple - "We want to add joy, motivation and life enrichment to people that may need extra support"

We are a small business based in Telford, we are a friendly trust worthy service for adults of all needs bringing our family values to the table. We are a committed and enthusiastic team bringing positive interactions to those who need them - from simple shopping outings to trips down memory lane, personal care needs and much more - providing varied services to cater for individual wishes.
Marcelina Trojniak


Operations Manager

Marcelina has over 10 years experience in domiciliary care and has recently been promoted as our operations manager. She is committed to sharing her passions to deliver high quality care within the local community and has become a huge part of our company. If anyone has worked or had any care from Marcelina, they will all say the same thing that they have never seen a more hard working individual! Marcelina is originally from Poland and we welcome her culture, experiences and polish sparkle with open arms.


Sally-Anne Robinson
Registered Manager

Finance Director

Sally-Anne has over 30 years experience working within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. She also has experience of
working with NHS procurement authorisation requirements and contract tender systems. Sally-Anne has a good level of experience caring for people with dementia. Sally-Anne also used to live in
Amsterdam where she volunteered at a bejaardenhuis (centre for elderly people) giving English conversation classes (many older Dutch people have very good English language skills – conducting conversational classes assisted with memory retention). Sally-Anne is a close family friend who shares the same values and is
extremely committed to making a difference to peoples lives in her local community.
Jayne Woodhall


Client Services 
Director

Jayne has a lot of experience in autism, having brought up an autistic son. Jayne feels very passionate in this area and also has hands on experience in the field of dementia. Jayne's role within the business is to match up the right clients with our companions ensuring both parties are happy and that the right care and support is provided. Jayne enjoys working closely with the clients and carers, having a natural gift in approachability and communication skills.

Amey Woodhall
Registered Manager 

Marketing Director


Amey holds years of experience within domiciliary care and support work, working with a range of different clients to help maintain their independence and achieving their long term goals. Having grown up with an autistic brother, this is an area she also feels very passionate about. Amey's role within the company is to ensure all our clients are receiving the correct domiciliary package, monitoring skin integrity as well as mobility needs.
