To us it really doesn't matter how complex our clients needs may be, our companions will be matched up to suite the client and to make sure each individual feels safe, respected and treated with the utmost compassion. We regard it as a special privilege to look after people who need that extra support - so we want to make sure you pick the right service for either yourself or a family member. Whether its short term periods or long term support visits, we can be flexible to tailor your needs.

Companionship and Respite care
What is companionship and respite care?

Many people we support simply want company, conversation or some time for themselves. Maybe you are a full time carer yourself and need some you time. Our companions can step in to look after loved ones. 1/5 of our population suffer from loneliness which has been proven to have a massive effect on our health and also increasing death by 30%... or in some cases 60%. Our aim is reduce this figure by offering our companionship and respite services which include the following -

- Attending day trips such as the theatre, concert, museums, historic heritage sites and many more
- Accompany to lunch or dinner 
- Companionship with great conversation
- Assisting with appointments 
- Assisting with hobbies and interests 
- Arts and craft clubs 

Personal Care
What is Personal Care?

Personal care is a broad term used to refer to supporting with personal hygiene and toileting, along with dressing and maintaining your personal appearance. Our companions are also trained to help administer medication, which can be a huge weight of responsibility lifted from many people's shoulders.  As we get to know an individual, their personal care will be built around the individuals needs whilst maintaining independence and dignity. This includes - 


- Showering/Strip washes
- Dressing or getting ready for bed 
- Applying lotions and creams 
- Medication reminders
- Oral care
- Applying makeup/hair care
- Helping you to the toilet, including using a commode or bed pan
- Changing continence pads, along with cleaning intimate areas
- Help preventing bed sores

What is home help care?

Don't be surprised that our companions do the little things which become more difficult to keep on top of - we have time to do whatever you need.

We want to help assisted with everyday tasks that may have become more difficult for people to manage. The following include - 


- Light house keeping
- Collecting Prescriptions
- Medication reminders 
- Washing and ironing 
- Meal preparation
- Making and changing bedding
- Vacuum and dusting
- Shopping for food and other items
- Help assisting with pet care 
- Everyday tasks
